Hospitality Committee

The hospitality committee prepares and serves coffee, juice, cookies, and cake after the 10:30 a.m. Mass.  The coffee, juice, cookies and cake are provided by the church.  Volunteers set up and clean up afterwards.  Each volunteer does this about 2—3 times a year.  Volunteers arrive a few minutes before 10:00 a.m.  To start the coffee brewing, and then they leave Mass after Communion to set out the food and pour juice.  Clean up is minimal, and volunteers are finished about 20 minutes after Mass is over.  The hospitality committee is always in need of more volunteers!
