The Prayer Line |
The Prayer Line is a network of parishioners willing to pray for others. The people they pray for may be in a crisis or just people that need additional prayers. They may be dealing with surgery, sickness, or other difficult times. The intentions are prayed for daily by the Prayer Line. “Our duty is not to see through one another, but to see one another through. Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” Galatians 6:2 |

The Young Craftsmen |
The Young Craftsmen is a volunteer program that provides an opportunity for our parishioners to teach wood working skills to teenagers who are serving sentences at the state juvenile detention center. While learning basic wood working skills, these kids, more importantly are also building communication skills and self esteem. Currently, we are making Adirondack chairs. After expenses, profits from their sale helps to pay for the youths’ GED testing or restitution. |

Rosary Makers |
This ministry was established to provide rosaries to missions both local and worldwide. Working sessions are conducted the 3rd Saturday of each month, from 9:30 - 12:00 noon in St. Ignatius Hall. Supplies are provided by the church. In addition to the mission rosaries, the ministry provides rosaries for the parish during the months of May and October, as well as for Baptisms, First Communion, and Confirmation. New members of the church receive one of the rosaries as a part of the welcome packet. A map is displayed in St. Ignatius Hall showing areas of the world to which the ministry has provided rosaries. New members are always welcome! |
